Opportunities are the new system for tracking your deals. You should be creating an Opportunity BEFORE you create your Loop for that deal! Opportunities contain the same kind of information found in Dotloop and Greensheets.

There is a new way to create a Loop - from within your Opportunity! This will make using Command and Dotloop together much easier. To start doing this, you need to connect your Command and Dotloop accounts.

DocuSign will eventually replace Dotloop for contracts and signatures. Currently, DocuSign is not ready for our Market Centers (MC560 KW Advantage, MC613 KW Advisors, and MC843 KW Associate Partners). You CAN create your DocuSign account if you want to be proactive (click here for optional instruction video), but you DO NOT have to do it yet. You CAN NOT fill out contracts or get e-signatures in your DocuSign account yet. You can not do anything in DocuSign other than create your account.

The contracts are currently being prepared by DocuSign, however we do not have a date for when it will be ready- it will most likely occur in Spring/Summer 2020. In light of this, we have extended our office's Dotloop contract until our DocuSign accounts are 100% ready. This will not cost you anything, and we have ensured that your Dotloop contacts and all loop data are kept private from Zillow. We will let you know as soon as contracts and e-signatures are ready in DocuSign. For now, keep filling out contracts and getting signatures in Dotloop.

You are required to turn documents in to the office for compliance approval. We can not process Earnest Money or pay Commission until this is done. You must submit documents for compliance within 72 hours of:

• Signing a listing contract.
• An accepted offer on your listing.
• An accepted offer for your buyer.

You should no longer click the "Submit For Review" button in Dotloop. Instead, you'll put your documents in to your Command Opportunity, and then click "Submit to MC". If you create the Loop the NEW WAY from within your Opportunity, you can pull the documents directly from the Loop to your Opportunity. If you create the Loop the OLD WAY inside of Dotloop, you will need to download the documents from the Loop to your computer, and then upload the documents from your computer to your Opportunity.

This is the feature that will replace Greensheets. It is not 100% up and running yet, so we have NOT started using it yet. Anything you do with Offers and Commissions is optional at this point. You can do everything here, except click the "Submit" button because it isn't activated yet. We do not know what date it will be activated, but it should be "soon". For now, continue submitting Greensheets to get paid. We will tell you when to stop using Greensheets.
