Fill out your Profile with your headshot, bio, social media profiles, and at least 3 service areas.
Connect your applications (Facebook, Twitter, Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.).
Create a custom field.
Create a custom tag.
Fill out your Marketing Profile w/headshot, logo (if relevant), contact info, bio, office logo, social media accounts, and Branded App link.
Create 2 contacts, and relate them.
Add an address to a contact, and ensure that they have a neighborhood.
Create a task for a contact.
Create a Smartview.
Import contacts if you have an existing database. (OPTIONAL)
Create and manage a task.
Set up at least 5 contacts on a Smartplan.
Search for 5 agents in other parts of the country, and send them connection requests.
Create an Opportunity, and move it to a different Phase and Stage.
Create 2 offers for a listing Opportunity, and then compare them.
Create a Stage, and give it at least 3 checklist items.
Create a Social Ad. (OPTIONAL. Costs $)
Create and schedule at least 5 Social Posts.
Create a Direct Mailer and send it to circle prospects. (OPTIONAL. Costs $)
Look at the reports, and identify an area where you can improve your business (contact's addresses, anniversaries, etc).
Design 2 Landing Pages- 1 for new listings, and 1 for neighborhoods.
Create a Social Image and share it on a social media site.
Create a property flyer using Print Images.
Search for a listing, and view it's details and images.
Create at least 5 Local Insights.
Create a Landing Page using one of the SketchHouse Landing Page templates you created.
Share that Landing Page on Social Media. Bonus points if you use a Lead Accelerator Social Ad to do this.
Make a post in the office group.
